How can I contact your office? Generally, it is best to call our office directly with your questions, however it is possible to request an appointment and to contact our office for billing questions via email. Please understand that we are unable to answer any medical questions via email.
Do you perform x-rays or any other radiology in your office? What types of surgeries and procedures do your physicians perform? Our physicians are board certified, and are trained in performing many different types of surgeries and procedures specific to the ear, nose, and throat, as well as the head and neck. Our physicians’ primary focus is on the treatment of medical conditions, so the majority of the surgical procedures that are done are for medical reasons, rather than purely cosmetic concerns. Some cosmetic procedures, such as rhinoplasty or otoplasty, are done on a case by case basis.
How does the surgery and testing scheduling process work? First, our surgery and testing coordinator will obtain any authorization needed from your heath insurance company. This authorization process can take from a few days to more than two weeks to accomplish. The authorization process and time required depend on your specific health insurance.
